Wet processing

The graded crushed ore produces 6-40mm particles after passing through a series of crushers.
Then put them in a vibrator to separate out larger debris.
Then, the oversized particle fragments are sent back through the crusher until they reach the proper size.

Once the ore particles are crushed, they are placed into the grinder through a vibrating feeder.
In the grinder, the garnet particles are cut into small purity garnet particles ranging in size from 1.5 mm to 0.09 mm.
These garnet concentrations are screened into different grades, which are used for sandblasting and waterjet cutting.
The spiral gravity separator is used to separate green garnet from red garnet.
During the screening process, the concentrated garnet grains go through several stages of the final washing process with sufficient fresh water (consumption of 560 cubic meters/hour) to ensure that the product is extremely clean and has a low chlorine content, which is far below international standards.

Strict sampling and laboratory tests were conducted to ensure that the quality of the new semi-processed garnet concentrate was stable, and then stored for further drying.

Dry processing

The stored semi-dry semi-refined garnet concentrate concentrate is fed through a burning rotary dryer and several magnetic separators to remove all final impurities.

Carry out garnet purity, size analysis, chloride, and conductivity tests again to ensure that SICHENG garnet products have consistently high standards.

The finishing line of the drying plant is the packaging part.
Pure SICHENG garnet filled 25 kg multi-layer paper bag, 25 kg waterproof plastic bag, 1 ton or 2 ton sack, can be provided according to different customer requirements.

Today, the factory is run by a group of knowledgeable employees with little work on packaging, loader drivers, doormen and chefs.
Forklifts and container loading platforms can be used for fast loading.
Most workers have worked with SICHENG and grew together.

The plant has undergone various technological and equipment upgrades to meet the growing demand for SICHENG garnets in domestic and foreign markets.
SICHENG commissioned a new state-of-the-art wet and dry facility with a design capacity of 150,000 TPA.
A large amount of investment has been made in the past few years.
